Statement of Qualifications for Investment Bankers & Placement Agents 

​The Authority’s Multifamily Application Procedures and Program Guidelines require that the Authority approve “the selection of any investment banking firm that acts as senior managing underwriter,

placement agent or remarketing agent for the issuance of the Authority's Obligations.” In order to facilitate this approval, the Authority has developed a Request for Qualifications. 

 

We request that broker dealers planning to serve as underwriter, investment banker or placement agent for Authority debt submit the required Statement of Qualifications at least one month prior to the beginning of working group calls on the transaction.
